Position Overview

This role offers hands-on experience in assisting a dynamic CEO in both professional and personal administrative tasks. From keeping Anastasia’s roadmap on course to coordinating event invitations and creating personal social media content, this internship is ideal for someone organized, social-media-savvy, and comfortable in a fast-paced, non-traditional workspace.

Responsibilities

• Assist in keeping Anastasia on track with her business roadmap and daily schedule

• Capture some personal social media content for Anastasia’s platforms

• Organize and track event invitations and other key correspondences

• Maintain Anastasia’s personal and office calendars

• Provide general office support and ensure a welcoming office environment

Start Date: December ideally, accepting applications on a rolling basis till we find the PERFECT candidate!

Salary: £26,000-£30,000- successful candidates will be eligible for a promotion after a 6-month trial

As the Social Media Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in our brand’s digital footprint. This position combines creative content management, podcast editing, and team leadership, working closely with our Social Media Manager. You’ll take ownership of managing our social media channels, overseeing interns, and editing episodes of our podcast, Day Drinking with Ace. This role offers growth potential, with a clear pathway for promotion to Social Media Manager.

• Is proficient in podcast editing and comfortable with relevant software

Responsibilities

• Manage daily social media postings, content calendar, and engagement

• Oversee interns, providing guidance on tasks and content creation

• Edit and produce Day Drinking with Ace podcast episodes, ensuring quality and brand consistency

• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager on content strategy

• Monitor and analyze social media metrics, providing insights to drive growth and engagement
